policies
booking
Non-refundable booking fee and signed quote are required to reserve scheduling and establish pricing. Booking fee is included in the quoted pricing and its payment reduces outstanding balance.
billing
Any remaining balance is due in full at the time photographs are taken.
travel
Travel beyond 25 miles from Stillwater, Oklahoma subject to additional fees. On-location time beyond that included in the quote is billed in 15 minute increments.
standard rights
Client receives non-commercial reproduction rights for images upon full payment for products and services rendered. Strecker Images LLC retains commercial usage rights.
commercial rights
Commercial client rights are available on a negotiated basis.
liability
Liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs is limited to client's payments.
